Refund Policy
How the paid beta handles irreversible USDT transfers, failed generations, unit releases and payment exceptions.
Blockchain payments
USDT transfers are irreversible. Send only USDT using TRON (TRC20), to the exact address and in the exact amount shown on an unexpired Impressia order. A transfer using another token, chain or address may be impossible to recover.
Do not send directly from an exchange that prevents you from proving ownership or receiving a return transfer. Any approved USDT return requires manual review and may be reduced by unavoidable network fees disclosed before it is sent.
Paid orders
Once a confirmed payment has granted generation units, the order is normally final because the units become immediately available for digital service use. We will review duplicate confirmed payments, system attribution errors and refunds required by applicable law.
Underpayments, overpayments, expired-order payments and transactions submitted with the wrong order details are not credited automatically. Contact support with the order ID and transaction ID; never send a private key or seed phrase.
Generation failures
Units reserved for a task are released when Impressia can confirm that the task failed before billable provider work completed. If the provider accepted a task but its final state is temporarily uncertain, the reservation may remain under review until it can be reconciled. We do not automatically resubmit a paid task.
A successfully delivered video is considered completed even if it differs from your creative preference. Submit a new task for a new result unless a verified technical defect prevented delivery.
Temporary links
Video links normally expire in about 24 hours, and Impressia does not currently save a recoverable copy. Link expiry after successful delivery is not itself a refund event. Download the video promptly and contact support before expiry if the link cannot be opened.
Request a review
Email support@impressia.ai with your account email, order ID, transaction ID and a short description. Do not include wallet secrets. Requests are reviewed against the on-chain record, unit ledger and generation task record.
Keep the order ID and transaction ID until your units are credited.
