Terms of Service

These terms describe the current Impressia paid beta, including accounts, USDT payments, generation units and temporary video delivery.

Seller details pendingEffective 14 August 2026

1. Service and eligibility

Impressia provides an AI-assisted video generation service. You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live and provide accurate account information. Standard paid generation is separate from Mature Mode, which is a controlled preview and is not unlocked by purchasing units.

You are responsible for your prompts, reference URLs, instructions and use of generated results. Do not submit material you do not have permission to use.

2. Accounts

A verified sign-in is required for purchasing units and creating paid tasks. Keep your sign-in account secure and contact us promptly if you believe it is being misused. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service or a third party.

3. USDT payments

The paid beta accepts only USDT on the TRON network using the TRC20 token standard. Each order displays an exact amount, receiving address and expiry time. You must send the exact amount to that address before expiry and submit the resulting transaction ID for confirmation.

Payments sent using another token, address or network may be permanently unrecoverable. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by Impressia. Network fees charged by your wallet or network are separate from the displayed order amount.

4. Generation units

Confirmed orders grant the number of generation units shown at checkout. Units are a limited licence to use Impressia services: they are not money, a deposit, a cryptocurrency or an investment, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash.

The unit cost of a task is shown before submission and may vary with duration, resolution, input type and provider pricing. A task can reserve units while it is processed. Units are settled for completed provider work and released when a confirmed failure qualifies under the Refund Policy.

5. Generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review it before publication or reliance. No particular result, completion time or continuous availability is guaranteed.

Generated videos are delivered through a temporary provider-hosted link that normally expires in about 24 hours. Impressia does not currently save a copy in its own storage and cannot recover the video after that link expires. Download every result you want to keep promptly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Impressia for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or exploitative material; to violate privacy or publicity rights; to evade safety controls; or to interfere with the service. Mature Mode has additional boundaries in the Mature Mode Content Policy.

7. Providers and availability

Impressia relies on third-party identity, database, blockchain-data and model services. Availability and geographic coverage may change. We may pause orders or generation, refuse unsafe requests, or introduce reasonable limits to control fraud, abuse and provider cost.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and Impressia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. The final seller and governing-law details remain to be completed in the disclosure above.

9. Contact and changes

We may update these terms for service, legal or security changes. Material changes will be signposted before they apply where reasonably possible. Questions can be sent to support@impressia.ai.

Also review the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before paying.
